START YOUR WATCHMAKING JOURNEY WITH THE GLOBAL EXPLORER

A historically inspired watch dedicated to three daring expeditions of the last century. Each dial of the Global Explorer collection is embossed with the date and coordinates of an important discovery or journey. The dial carries latitude and longitude lines, representing the unique role of watches for navigation even until the 20th century. Above the dial the set of mirror polished hands will indicate the passing of time, well protected in a stainless steel case with a mineral crystal and screw down crown. The secure screw-in case back offers protection from water and dirt, while the new FKM hybrid straps will attach the Explorer safely to your wrist.

OUR WATCHMAKING STARTER KITS

Containing all parts, tools and instructions our kits are an ideal start into the world of horology. Learn more about the way a watch ticks, its origins and how to assemble your own automatic watch at home.

Your kit contains a detailed instruction booklet as well as access to our step-by-step video guides available on our homepage (click here for an example) to assist you through the assembly.

Safety notice: Please note that these kits are not toys and are unsuitable for children of any age. They contain small parts which can be swallowed as well as sharp tools. Please always handle the tools (especially tweezers) with utmost care and caution. Keep the ends away from your eyes, skin or any other person or animal.

Your Strap - FKM or Sailcloth

For the Global Explorer we offer you a choice between two selected straps: The perforated Tropic FKM strap combines an absolute resistance to water and oil with an improved air circulation - ideal for tropic regions. Meanwhile the FKM/Sailcloth hybrid uses a soft FKM underside against your skin and a sturdy sailcloth top layer.
Both straps are equipped with quick release spring bars for a quick change!
